Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lead-generation strategies via data mining, email, social media, and cold calling.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media to build a leads pipeline.
- Communicate with global clients (US, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, UAE) to understand needs and propose solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue goals.
- Bid on IT projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Elance, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Prepare reports, manage client relations, and represent the organization at events.
- Support promotional and business development activities.
- Coordinate with clients, follow up on proposals, and contribute to proposal creation.
- Collaborate with new partners and vendors to meet business needs.
- Conduct business presentations and demos for CXO-level stakeholders.
- Report to the COO on sales strategies.
- Log sales activities accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the technical team on proposals, SOWs, and contracts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Marketing or sales).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about interacting with global corporate clients (US, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, UAE).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of IT software products and services.
- Eagerness to start a career in business development within the IT services sector.
